SAS customers were after practical guidance on how to make AI work for them. However, the target market were inundated with emails promising the answer, as such, email was a no-go for this campaign. The objective was to engage C level audience and build awareness of SAS’s proposition. The end goal was to encourage the audience to set up a discovery session with a SAS expert.
Creative response
We created a personalised tablet direct mail piece, with a bespoke app containing practical AI guidance in the form of videos, podcasts and PDFs. The single minded proposition for this creative summed up the SAS approach to AI for executives: SAS: Making AI Business-Smart. The DM campaign was supported by telemarketing, LinkedIn InMails, internal messaging and digital advertising in the Business Class lounges of Heathrow and Glasgow airports.
